Welcome to the California Manufacturing & Training Group.  Our mission is to provide quality Vocational Rehabilitation Training & Employment opportunities in the manufacturing sector (specifically automotive and aviation) to the following Southern California Special Needs groups: 1) Disabled U.S. Veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan and 2) Other Qualified Disabled Individuals (i.e., those no longer able to work at their previous jobs due to permanent injuries).

Individuals participating in CMTG’s Vocational Rehabilitation Training & Employment Program will obtain skills to become self-sufficient in the primary fields of manufacturing, purchasing and packaging. Once training is complete, we will continue to work with individuals to secure employment through CTMG or local job placement programs.
